1. General
These terms and conditions apply to your use of nomudrinkware.com (the “Website”) and to all orders placed with Nomu Nordic AB (“Nomu”, “we”, “us”) through the Website. By using the Website or placing an order, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is concluded when we confirm your order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, or if the price or product information on the Website is clearly incorrect. If we cancel an order, we will notify you by email and refund any amount you have paid.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and other charges may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

Promotions, such as free shipping offers, are subject to the conditions stated in connection with the promotion.

5. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your destination and are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Risk for the products passes to you when you, or someone you have designated, receive them.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Swedish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. At Nomu, we extend this to 30 days from the day you receive your order.

How to withdraw: Email us at info@nomudrinkware.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Returning the item: Send the item back to us no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. If you have simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If something is wrong with your order, we cover it.

Condition: Please return the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds: We will refund the amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

8. Damaged, defective or missing products
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or if something is missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@nomudrinkware.com. Please include your order number and, if possible, photos.

As a consumer, you have the right to make a complaint about defective products under applicable consumer law, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). This right applies for three years from receipt of the product. A complaint made within two months of discovering a defect is always considered to be made in time.

If a product is defective, we will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable law, and cover the return shipping.

Defects do not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or not following our care instructions (for example dishwasher or microwave use), or normal wear and tear.

9. Product information
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Nomu Nordic AB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Shopify
Our Website is powered by Shopify. When you use the Website, Shopify processes information about your visit and purchases on our behalf. Read our Privacy Policy for details on how we and our partners handle your personal information. All purchases are made directly with Nomu Nordic AB.

12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, strikes or similar events.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you live outside Sweden, you may also be protected by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@nomudrinkware.com so we can try to resolve it together. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. Any dispute may otherwise be settled by a Swedish general court.
